Blowdry Club Terms and Conditions

Membership Details

  1. Price: Membership is £50 per month and includes unlimited blow-dries with Katie.

  2. Flexibility: This membership has no contract and can be cancelled at any time.

  3. Personal Use Only: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the subscriber.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  1. Appointments:

    • Blow-dry appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

    • Appointments can only be booked with Katie during the salon’s opening hours:

      • Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

      • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

      • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

      • Sunday and Monday: Closed

    • Standalone Service Only: The Blow-Dry Club cannot be used as part of another service. For example, if you book a colour, highlights, or another treatment with a different stylist, you cannot use your Blow-Dry Club membership for styling afterward. The membership applies to standalone blow-dry appointments only.
      You can only book 3 appointments ahead at one time.

  2. Cancellations:

    • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

    • If you have three or more late cancellations or no-shows, your membership will be cancelled without refund.

Refunds and Transfers

  1. Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for any part of the membership, including unused periods or services.

  2. Non-Transferable: Memberships cannot be transferred to another person.

Additional Terms

  1. Membership Revocation: Rita Rusk International reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time for failure to comply with these terms.

  2. Liability: Rita Rusk International will not be held responsible for adverse reactions to products or services if full disclosure of allergies or sensitivities is not provided during consultation.

  3. Changes to Terms: Rita Rusk International reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
